Whether you're following a health trend or you have medical reasons, gluten-free cooking seem rather popular these days.

But you don't have to give up taste or fun with food to avoid gluten.

Registered dietician and Chef Renee Zonka, who works at Kendall College, visited the ABC7 studio to show us some easy gluten-free recipes.
