Thirty-nine-year-old Shoaib R. Zaidi was indicted Friday on four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
The abuse allegedly occurred in May and November of 2001 at Glen Oaks Hospital in Glendale Heights.
The victim is described as a patient between the age of 13 and 17.
Zaidi is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
