Lobster Avocado Martini recipe

1 each ripe avocado, cubed
4 oz. poached lobster claw meat
1/4 cup ruby red grapefruit segments
three scoops of tomato
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon chopped chives
Kosher salt to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Flour tortilla chips

Please note: The video demonstration gives a detailed account of how to assemble the appetizer. However, the addition of the ruby red grapefruit segments is missing from the demonstration. Please add along with the tomatoes.
