- 1 box Sans Sucre Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake baking mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar-free cinnamon
Prepare batter by mixing the Sans Sucre Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake mix, water, vegetable oil, egg and cinnamon until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
