What's closed for Pulaski Day?

Pulaski was a Polish-born cavalry officer killed in the Revolutionary War.

Chicago Public Schools are closed Monday, in addition to some government offices.

Here's how other services are affected:

-Parking meters must be fed.
-Banks, financial markets are open.
-Post offices are open for regular mail pickups and deliveries.
-Suburban school and Catholic school closings vary.
-No garbage pickup in Chicago.
-Libraries are closed in Chicago but are open in many suburbs.
-Cook County courts are closed. Federal courts are open.
