- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp creole mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
Combine all ingredients, except scallions in a bowl and stir together with a fork to help break up the capers.
Mix in scallions and set aside until ready to use.
