Kendall College student Marco Bahena is this year's winner of the 2011 S. Pellegrino's Almost Famous Chef contest. And he did it with his signature dish: Mediterranean lamb loin.
Bahena showed ABC7 how to make it on our Sunday morning news earlier this month. He won $10,000 and a year-long apprenticeship with a celebrity chef.
