March 25, 2011 (CHICAGO) --After winning a nationwide open audition, an Arlington Heights native is about to start his career as the new Wrigley Field public address announcer.
Andrew Belleson beat out nearly 3,000 other applicants from 48 states to get the job.
"It's an absolute honor, it's unbelievable," Belleson said.
He says he's a lifelong cub fan.
He'll be behind the microphone for the Cubs home opener April.
