1/4 cup dry white wine
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon wild harvest? Organic Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon wild harvest? Organic Fresh Tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 (12 ounce) salmon fillet
1. In small bowl, combine wine, lemon juice, mustard, tarragon and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Place salmon fillet in a shallow dish; pour marinade over salmon. Let stand room temperature 30 minutes, flipping once.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place salmon, skin-side-up, on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Carefully turn salmon over. Continue grilling 5 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
