The Lake County Metropolitan Enforcement group arrested 127 people during raids and searches between March 21 and March 25.
More than $43,000 were confiscated, along with 150 grams of crack cocaine, 120 grams of powder cocaine, more than 62 lbs. of marijuana, 56 cannabis plants and 18 guns.
The group's director says he cannot remember a busier week in the last 30 years.
