John Hall with John Hall Studios (www.johnhallstudios.com/) was in our ABC7 studio to show us how to firm up our problem areas. Hall also offers Bikini Bootcamp classes every Saturday to target those problem areas.
1. For a nice shapely butt, you can do kettle bell swings, lunges, squats and glute bridges. Also, throw in some sprints to keep that lean look. These exercises will tone and lift your butt.
2. To keep your stomach flat, planks and side planks are the key. The goal is to be able to keep that position for two minutes.
3. Shoulders and toned arms are formed with overhead shoulder press, lateral raises, and posterior raises. Throw in a few sets of hand walks up to complete the sculpting of your arms.
