Gwyneth Paltrow talks about her new cookbook

"My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family and Togetherness," is Paltrow's new cookbook which shares her family recipes along with personal stories of growing up with her father, Bruce Paltrow.

As a young girl eating and cooking with her father, she developed a passion for food that shaped how she lives today and strengthened her belief that time with family is a priority. Now in "My Father's Daughter," Paltrow discusses how he influenced her in the food she loves, how she involves her kids in cooking, and how she balanced healthy food with homemade treats.

Gwyneth Paltrow is an Academy Award-winning actress who is well known all over the world. Most recently she starred in the blockbuster "Iron Man 2." Not only is she recognized for her acting roles, but also as a devoted mother to Apple and Moses, her children with Coldplay lead vocalist, Chris Martin.

Paltrow is also the creator of goop.com, and co-host of the popular PBS series, "Spain: On the Road Again."

She shared two of her recipes from "My Father's Daughter" with ABC7.
