1 bag frozen raspberries, pureed in blender
1 part lemon juice
3 parts chilled Champagne
fresh raspberries
1. Puree berries until smooth.
2. Combine berry puree and lemon juice, in an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously.
3. Divide among champagne flutes and top with Champagne.
4. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
