Emanuel received a very warm welcome as he toured the headquarters of the Cara Program. For two decades, the non-profit has provided life support, job training, and counseling for individuals affected by homelessness and poverty.
Emanuel took part in one of Cara's "morning motivations." Students answer an inspiration question in front the group and motivate each other to put their lives on a new path.
