Beer/ Food Pairings:

1. Capital Supper Club
Capital Brewery, Middleton, Wisconsin
Annual Supper Club is an eminently drinkable version of a true American Lager, and features a greater depth of refreshing malt character than the mass-marketed versions of the style. Supper Club is clean, yet satisfying.
ABV: 5 percent
Price: $16.99/ 12-pack of cans
Pairing: Bratwurst

2. Breckenridge Summer Bright Ale
Breckenridge Brewery, Breckenridge, Colorado
The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and Munich malt with the Pacific Northwest's most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.
ABV: 4.5 percent
Price: $9.99/ 6-pack of cans
Pairing: Sushi

3. New Holland Full Circle Kolsch
New Holland Brewing Company, Holland, Michigan
This beer symbolizes the belief that the artistic balance of these ingredients and their craft, actively engages the brewers in their imagined landscape. A Kolsch-style beer, Full Circle is ultimately refreshing.
ABV: 5.8 percent
Price: $9.99/ 6-pack of 12-oz. bottles
Pairing: Chicken or Salmon

4. Flying Dog In-Heat Wheat Ale
Flying Dog Brewery, Aspen, Colorado
Brewed in the centuries-old tradition of German beers, the brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen.
ABV: 4.7 percent
Price: $9.99/ 6-pack of 12-oz. bottles
Pairing: Pork Chops

5. 5 Lizard Latin-Style Witbier
5 Rabbit Brewery, Chicago, Illinois
A creamy and refreshing wheat beer with some spicy complexity, and a light touch of passion fruit for a delicious and slightly exotic flavor. In Aztec mythology, 5 Lizard (Macuilcuetzpalin) is one of the 5 Gods of Excess (Ahuiateteo) and symbolizes overindulgence and gluttony. 5 Lizard is also considered the deity of sexual desire.
ABV: 4.3 percent
