Eighteen-year-olds Keith Alexander and Marcus Clark are both charged with robbery, aggravated battery and mob action.
A 16-year-old boy is also charged.
One of the victims, a 16-year-old, told police that his wallet was stolen. That prompted him and his friend to chase the suspects, but he tripped and fell, and then the group stopped and started beating him and his friend.
It is not clear if police are looking for any other suspects.
Police have increased their presence in the area.
