Emanuel speaks at 2 high school graduations

Mayor Rahm Emanuel spoke at the first graduation of the Marine Math and Science Academy on Saturday.

He was there when classes began in September of 2007. The academy's goal is to become Chicago's premier high school. Students are called cadets, and are expected to follow Marine Corps values of honor, courage and commitment.

Emanuel also spoke at Collins Academy's graduation on Saturday. All 88 of the academy's seniors graduated and plan on attending college.
