Researchers in China say over time heavy Internet use can physically change the structure of our brains.

One expert says too much time on the web leads to "popcorn brain," a condition when you are so used to the constant stimulation of electronics, you don't know how to deal with the slower pace of life offline.

Tips to avoid popcorn brain include setting a time limit on Internet use and allotting times when you don't use your phone or computer.
