That's where LIBERTYFEST - Taste of the Towns is underway. This festival is unique because Bensenville, Addison, Elmurst and Wooddale combined their holiday celebrations into one event.
There's a fireworks show Sunday and Monday night, along with a carnival, live music and more.
The Grant Park Orchestra is also getting its red, white and blue on.
The Independence Celebration Concert is an annual treat for fans enjoying the show in Millennium Park.
Even though it's being held there, the concert is part of the Grant Park Music Festival, which is in its 77th season offering free concerts through August 20.
