So much for drinking eight glasses of water to lose weight, prevent kidney damage, and cure ailments. A study finds that could actually be harmful.

An article published in the British Medical Journal says there is no evidence drinking water will help your health.

Researchers say drinking water when you are not thirsty can impair your concentration.

The author of the study says the benefits of drinking water are often exaggerated by groups who stand to profit from it.
