Mayor Emanuel's office announced Tuesday the creation of the Office of New Americans. It's dedicated to improving services and engaging Chicago's immigrant communities.
The office will forge partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and the private sector.
The office has several goals, including expanding opportunities for immigrant business owners and entrepreneurs.
