DRINK RECIPES:
Local Lemon Drop
2 ounces Fresh lemon, orange and grapefruit zest infused Vodka
2 ounces Sour Mix
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest, float of bubbly and slapped basil leaf
Windy City Punch
Serves 8
2 cups Chicago's hum Botanical Spirit (Humspirits.com, Whole Foods or Binny's)
1 cup fresh lemon juice, juice & zest
1 cup Maple Syrup
1 quart strongly brewed peach Rooibos tea
Combine in a pitcher or punch bowl. Garnish with seasonal fruit and fresh herbs. Serve over ice in tumblers or red wine glasses.
Chicago Cherry Brew
Fill a tall glass with ice
Top up with Two Brothers Haystack Ale
Garnish with three bar spoonfuls Koval Chrysanthemum-Honey Infused Local Cherries (pitted, roughly chopped cherries covered with Koval Chrysanthemum-Honey Liqueur)
