It's the first farmers market in downtown Chicago to remain open past 3 p.m. with hours from 11am to 7pm, the "Trump Bridge to Bridge" event allows commuters to stock up on groceries for the holiday weekend ahead by presenting fresh produce from farmers from across the Midwest, as well as specialty products from Chicago-area vendors, ranging from popcorn and pickles to crepes and chutney. Trump Chicago's Executive Pastry Chef Sarah Kosikowski will also offer freshly prepared items throughout the day, including savory lunchtime sandwiches and sweet pastries.
Vendors include: Madsen Farms; Dotson's Farms; Nordic Creamery; Brunkow Cheese; Stamper Cheese; Fehr Bros. Farms; Spencer Farms; Flip Crepes; Mother Butter Popcorn; Specialty Pasta; Gramps Pickles; Siagon Sisters; KatyDids Homemade Condiments; Katherine Ann Confections; and a variety of local pastry makers and bakeries.
