White BBQ Sauce

The executive chef of Bull & Bear/ Public House, David Blonsky, was in our ABC7 studio to show us how to make barbecue rubs.

    INGREDIENTS
  • 30 ounce Mayonaisse
  • 6.5 ounce White vinegar
  • 6.5 ounce Apple sauce
  • 1.5 ounce Grated horseradish
  • 1 ounce Ground black pepper
  • 1 ounce Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne

Combine all ingredients and allow to sit overnight before use
