Stephan Myslicki, 48, of River Forest, is charged with felony disorderly conduct. He has being held on a half million dollar bond.
On July 17, River Forest police arrested Myslicki after a resident reported seeing him hiding in bushes and peering through the windows of a home.
Myslicki has a history of arrests for trespassing and peeping into homes, including incidents in 2006 and in 2009.
