A 75-year-old pilot told police she did not know the president was in town Wednesday when she went out for her nightly flight.

Myrtle Rose's small plane was intercepted by two F-16 jets when it went into the presidential air strip while President Barack Obama was in town for a Chicago fundraiser. Those fighter jets escorted her small plane to Mill Rose Farm airstrip in South Barrington.
