August 10, 2011 (CHICAGO) --The driver of a car involved in a deadly crash on the city's Northwest Side Tuesday now faces several charges, including DUI, failure to reduce speed and driving on a suspended license without insurance.
Richard Strum, 35, allegedly ran into another car at Austin Avenue and Sunnyside. The crash killed Claudia Delia and her teenage son, Bryan. Three others were injured.
Authorities say additional charges are expected against Strum.
