Quinn expands ban on military funeral protests

The governor signed the law as the Illinois State Fair celebrated Veterans Day. The law pushes protesters back to 300 feet from military funerals. Protests remain banned for 30 minutes before and after a funeral.

A minister for the controversial Westboro Baptist Church calls the new law unconstitutional. The church plans to fight the new law in court.
