Northwest Side sink hole being repaired

Chicago's Water Department says its crews are working nonstop to patch up a huge sinkhole on the city's Northwest Side.

The sinkhole at the intersections of Foster and Elston avenues is 14- by-14-feet in size and 12 feet deep. The hole was so big that a car fell into it and flipped upside down Saturday morning. The driver was rescued and suffered only minor injuries.

Officials say they hope the intersection will be open by Monday morning's commute.
