Details: 900 North Michigan Shops is teaming up with CS magazine and Gilt City to host 900's Night Out: Fame, Fashion and Flavor, a spectacular event hosted by Bravo TV's Brad Goreski. Details:Art for Haiti was started by a group of philanthropic artists and medical doctors committed to helping improve living conditions in underserved communities around the world. We as artists support medical teams that travel to the impoverished countries to assist with the basics that people need to survive.To raise funds, we accompany the teams to the affected areas. What we see and feel is expressed in diverse art forms that celebrate the vibrant and resilient human spirit. The artwork is auctioned at different events. All proceeds are then used toward health care, medical supplies and student scholarships.For this Haiti benefit, we partnered with The Global Health Program at Rush and the artist Marek Hosek to raise funds for our mission and create even greater awareness of the wonderful country of Haiti.

Celestial Ball (Saturday, September 10) Location: Adler Planetarium Time: 6:00pm- Midnight Price: $600 minimum Details: Set in the Adler Planetarium's spectacular Sky Pavilion, this annual gala takes place on Saturday, September 10. Guests can participate in a silent auction and take private tours of the museum's exhibits. A raffle, dancing and dining under the stars will also take place, with proceeds going to benefit furthering science literacy and education in the community.
