It happened Saturday morning at a Mr. Beef and Pizza in Mount Prospect.
Police say they were responding to a security alarm when they caught Hachem Gomez microwaving chicken tenders.
Gomez allegedly got in through a drive up window. Video cameras also apparently showing him damaging a register and pouring himself a drink.
Gomez is charged with burglary.
