Recipe from Chef Martin Cabrera of Barrio Urban Taqueria.
  • negra modelo
  • tabasco sauce 1/4 teaspoon
  • worcestershire sauce couple dashes
  • soy sauce couple of dashes
  • juice of half of lime
  • Coarse salt
Rub rim of tall glass with lime wedge and dip rim in coarse salt, fill with ice. Squeeze remaining lime juice into glass. Add hot sauce and, if desired, Worcestershire and soy sauces. Pour in beer, stir and serve
