Bayless is starring in a circus show that features his cooking.
The show is called "Rick Bayless in Cascabel." It will run for four weeks at the Lookingglass Theatre next spring.
"This is the first time in live theatre that food is actually going to be a leading character," said Bayless.
The show is set in a Mexican boarding house during the 1940s. Bayless will play a chef who tries to seduce a woman with no appetite through food.
And, yes, the audience gets to eat during the show.
