Moderate exercisers more consistent in future

Penn State researchers found women ages 40 to 60 who did moderate exercise were twice as likely to feel energized and confident they could do more exercise in the future. More of them also showed decreased feelings of sadness and anxiety than the vigorous-exercise group.

Researchers hope this study will reaffirm to women that moderate exercise can be a powerful way to enhance their wellbeing.
