Stuffed Grugere with Q7 Ranch Sirloin, rooftop peppers & onions, Edelweiss Swiss Cheese

Grugeres are a mixture of flour, water, eggs, butter and gruyere cheese made into a dough, then piped out and baked. Then, the grugeres are sliced in half and put into a saute pan to sear the beef. Then, we add a mixture of onions and peppers that come directly from our roof. We use sweet banana peppers and padron peppers. It is finished with seasoning, swiss cheese and fresh thyme. Lastly, fill the grugere with the warm cheesey filling. You have a stuffed grugere!
