They say Juan Granados may have been the last person to see the victim alive.
Police are not releasing her name and they have not explained her relationship to Granados. Investigators will only say that the victim shared an apartment on Briar Street with her ex-husband.
Police say Granados was last seen driving a 1992 BMW 325I. They think he may be headed to Mexico.
