Following last year's "Meteo-RA-logy Madness," Chicago's favorite morning news anchors have created a signature sushi roll and partnered with a non-profit organization to raise money for a good cause
Each morning anchor will create and name an original sushi roll that will be prepared by RA Sushi's expert sushi chef. The rolls will then be sampled and judged by a panel of local media personalities, as well as the crowd in attendance. Each roll will be judged on name, ingredients, presentation and most importantly, taste! Linda Yu will be wowing the crowd with her signature "Butterfly Roll".
The 2011 "Wake Up Little Sushi" contest will also feature Val Warner or Windy City Live and Jeanne Sparrow and Melissa Forman of WCIU.

Yellowtail, cucumber, avocado rolled in rice and seaweed then topped with red and green tempura bits with wasabi mayo antennas.
Linda Yu is representing the Chinese American Service League, a grass-roots organization located in Chinatown providing physical, economic, mental and social support to about 17,000 clients each year.
The contest will take place at RA Sushi's Chicago location, 1139 N. State St. , on Wednesday, October 19 from 7 to 9 p.m.
