To celebrate pets for this hair-raising holiday, the Petco in Bloomingdale will be holding a "Howl"oween costume contest. Pets from the People and Animals in Community Together Humane Society (PACT) will also be available for a week-long adoption event.
Families can show off their pet's Howl-O-Ween flare at the Costume Contest on Saturday October 29th at 2PM. Prizes will be given out for all pets in costume, and there will be grand prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners based on most unique, fan favorite, etc.
