Spooky times at Franken Plaza

October 29, 2011 (CHICAGO)

It's a three-day free festival presented by UL that offers free entertainment, trick or treat candy, arts & crafts, storytelling, a kids costume contest, and much more.

Midnight Circus has been part of the City of Chicago's Halloween celebration since the beginning, and this is its 14th year on Daley Plaza performing for free!

Jeff Jenkins, a.k.a. Mayor Maximillion Spookenburger of Franken Plaza, joined us in our ABC7 studio to tell us all about the events, and artists from the Midnight Circus treated us to a performance.
