Mihael Jocic, 37, 1200-block of West Webster, is accused of touching a 23-year-old woman in a sexual manner as she walked in the 700-block of West Fullerton around 7:30 p.m. on October 22. He is charged with felony criminal sexual abuse and felony unlawful restraint in that case.
According to Chicago police, Jocic gave the woman an unsolicited hug and made advances toward her "touching the victim's private parts." The victim called police.
Jocic is also being questioned about a similar incident that occurred on Wednesday, November 2, just before noon in the 2000-block of North Bissell. The victim in that case is a 21-year-old student at DePaul University. Police say the victim in the November attack had seen a flyer about the first attack, which included a description of the man, and led her to call police.
Police say the second incident remains under investigation.
