Ingredients:
4 Eggs
8 oz Sour Cream
1 Yellow Cake Mix
one-half cup Oil (Crisco or Canola)
one-quarter cup Water
1 box Pistachio Pudding
3 tblsp Sugar
1 tblsp Cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Blend together the rest of the ingredients.
Grease a Bundt pan and use half the sugar/ cinnamon mixture to coat the pan.
Pour the cake mixture in the Bundt pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 - 55 minutes.
