Sketch released in deadly Washington Park road rage case

Mandeep Bedi was struck by a car on the morning of August 19 after he and his wife were involved in a road rage incident. He died a week later.

Police say Bedi's wife, Elizabeth, was driving the car in the Washington Park neighborhood when a female driver in another vehicle got upset with Elizabeth's attempts to merge. An altercation incurred and when both vehicles pulled over in the 300-block of East Garfield Boulevard, the driver struck Bedi.

The offender is described as a black female, 20 to 30 years old. She was driving a silver or gray 2000 to 2005 Pontiac Grand-Am.
