Sunda Bloody Mary Mix

A recipe from Jess De Guzman, Chef de Cuisine at Sunda.

Ingredients:
1 qt Tomato Juice
one-half c Lemon Juice
one-half c Lime Juice
2-3 sprigs Cilantro
pinch Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Mae Ploy (store-bought sweet chili sauce)
1 clove Fresh garlic
one-quarter cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Yuzu Koshu or Yuzu Zest (found in specialty Asian stores or online)
one-quarter Cucumber

Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Store in cooler.
