Man accused of Chicago police station attack

December 9, 2011 (CHICAGO)

Andrzej Borowiec is charged with three counts of aggravated battery to an officer, criminal damage to property, and resisting arrest.

Police say Borowiec walked into the lobby Thursday night and told officers, "If the government wrecked my place, then I will wreck yours." They say he pulled concrete from under his jacket and threw it at a window.

Police say he hit one officer in the face three times before he was taken in to custody.
