Bond to be given to creditors in animal torture case

December 12, 2011

Diane Eldrup's bail will now be used pay the costs of restitution, court fees, and back child support payments.

The judge ordered all leftover funds to be placed in a trust account for Eldrup's 9-year old son.

Eldrup was convicted in September of animal torture.

She was arrested last December after 30 dogs and other animals died of starvation at the Muddy Paws Dog Rescue she owned in Deer Park.
