Firefighters save woman from Little Village blaze

Firefighters rescued a woman Thursday morning from a burning building in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood.

It happened at a shoe store near 26th and Pulaski

Fire crews say when they arrived at the scene heavy smoke and fire was coming from the building.

They could hear a woman calling for help. Firefighters found her and pulled her to safety. She is expected to be ok.

So far, there is no word on how the fire started.
