Surveillance video shows the man making a purchase on December 5th at the 'Shop Mart' on Cicero.
After completing the purchase, he grabs the jar and walks out of the store. It contained money collected for Kelly Stawicki, 27.
She has cancer but does not have any health insurance. Friends and family are trying to raise money to pay for her treatments.
Anyone who can help identify the man should call police.
