About 5,000 comic books depicting Dominick as a smiling gift-giver have been created and distributed - along with other holiday gifts - to underprivileged kids living in Cicero.
A town spokesperson tells ABC7 the books cost about $5,000 to print and were created by a local artist and teacher who got Dominick's permission to include him in the storyline.
