Prosecutors say a video from the Cook County state's attorney shows Richard Milz, 41, at a North Side insurance agency back in April. He went into the restroom, changed into spandex pants, then stood in front of an employee and made references to his genitals.
A judge has sentenced Milz to a year's supervision and he must undergo a sex offender evaluation.
The police department is conducting an internal investigation.
