Alberto Vargas, 55, is a diabetic who suffers from Alzheimer's, according to family members. He was last seen around 3 p.m. in his home at 4912 W. Hutchinson in Chicago.
Vargas is wearing a medical bracelet and goes by the nickname "Baby." His cousin, Anita Lopez, says he suffered a head injury in his 20s and hasn't been healthy since.
Lopez says Vargas is 6 feet tall, 170 pounds and has brown eyes and hair. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and dark pants.
